1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 7baji platform and all related services ("Services"). By accessing the 7baji website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for any transactions or activities carried out from your account. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Account Currency

All transactions on 7baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for making deposits on 7baji:

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (three hundred taka) — applicable for each method.

• The withdrawal process generally takes 10 to 45 minutes to complete

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. Please read the following conditions before claiming this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to activate the bonus
• To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) must be met
• Different games contribute at different rates toward meeting the wagering requirement
• The wagering requirement must be met within a specified time period after the bonus is claimed
• There may be a maximum bet limit when wagering with bonus funds

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

7baji believes in fair play. The outcome of all games on our platform is determined through a neutral and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Betting using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Attempting to predetermine or manipulate game outcomes
• Accessing another user's account
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Exploiting technical glitches in the platform
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts

6.3 Defective Games

Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error or game malfunction will be considered void. In such cases, 7baji will attempt to refund the relevant user's original stake.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

For betting on any sport including cricket, football, and kabaddi:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets will be voided and funds will be returned
• If the stipulated overs are not completed, the Duckworth-Lewis method may apply
• Live betting offers may change in real time, and the odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final

7. VIP Program

7baji's VIP program has four levels. You can advance to a higher level through regular play and deposits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback and special benefits

VIP level is determined based on regular activity, loyalty, and engagement on the platform. 7baji reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time, and users will be properly notified before any changes take effect.
